Welcome to the Aviation Training Centre website. Flight safety has always been our main priority. This was the case when the Aviation Training Centre was created fifteen years ago, and it will remain the case for as long as civil aviation – which our airline takes its well-deserved place – continues to exist.

Training at the Centre is conducted under certain fixed programs, but we are nevertheless in constant search for new ideas and solutions. Classrooms are equipped with cutting-edge computer systems and special equipment that helps simulate the actual working environment of the personnel – be it pilots, registration line representatives, cabin crew members, or air transport service sales agents.

Transaero ATC teaching staffs – are all certified specialists with many years of professional experience in the aviation industry. Many of them started their employment with Transaero as first officers or cabin crew trainees and rose through the ranks to eventually become instructors at the Training Centre. This is one of the highest and most respected degrees of career advancement in the aviation personnel training system.

Our objectives are to achieve the highest degree of professionalism and impeccable service.

Excellent level of training provided to our specialists is a result of close cooperation between the ATC and the airline’s departments whose feedback allows us to update and improve the training programs as well as monitor the progress of employees we’ve trained.

Everything that Training Centre has achieved for years of existence, became possible due to care and attention to the TC’s problems of Transaero Airlines senior management and personally the general Director Olga Alexandrovna Pleshakova. We have the opportunity to improve the forms and methods of learning, use new IT-technologies in the preparation of air staff, share their experience with the best foreign training centers in Europe, Asia, America.
